Update - We had hoped to keep Charlie, and stopped considering a new home for a while, but due to some family challenges we believe that will be best for him.

Charlie is the sweetest and most loyal dog I know. I got him as a puppy 9 years ago and he's great.

Charlie loves to SWIM! He will fetch balls from the lake all day and never seems to tire. He loves walks and running around the yard with kids. He is yard and house trained.

Charlie is getting older, but still has a lot of energy! He has a lot of love to share with the right person! He would do awesome in a home with another dog, or older kids to play with him more. Ours are young, and we just can't give him all the attention that he craves.

We don't want to rehome him, and have struggled with the thought for some time, but feel like it's the right choice. I am comforted knowing he will be really happy in the right situation.
