ADOPTION PROCESS

Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application. Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check. 2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and Phoenix area - as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).

Midnight is a delightful 11-12 years young, and she’s got all the pep in her step to prove it! This adorable gal was saved when her owner passed away after 10 happy years together. Despite her age, Midnight is ready for a nice walk or a cozy cuddle session next to you. Her short legs and cute little face will instantly steal your heart.

Midnight is the queen of affection and friendliness, getting along wonderfully with everyone she meets, including kids. She’s a leash-walking pro, loves splashing around in the kiddie pool, and is completely potty trained, even using the dog door like a champ. Midnight knows how to sit and takes her treats gently, always riding smoothly in the car.

This amazing senior girl deserves to spend her golden years in a loving home where she can shower you with kisses and snuggles. Midnight is not dog reactive, although her compatibility with cats is unknown. Whether you’re looking to foster or adopt, Midnight is a must-meet!

$195.00 puppies, adoption fee varies for our adult dogs. Potential adopters need to fill out our adoption consultation form and if they qualify, we will arrange a meet/greet then a home check. All of our dogs are S/N, vaccinated/micro-chipped

2nd "Chance" saves dogs that otherwise would be left on the streets to fend for themselves or brought to the pound and most likely placed on the E-List. Our dogs are extremely loving and deserve a place to call home.
