Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our Sonny is a handsome fella who is so charismatic that his shelter handlers enlisted him to soothe other shy and fearful dogs. Shelter life is never a cakewalk for these dogs, but Sonny’s buoyant good nature carried him through like a champ.

It's not often that a dog navigates the rescue process with such grace. Sonny has proven to be friendly and tolerant of all handling, even at the Vet. Nothing seems to faze him. He is good with all people and other dogs, and would thrive in any type of home situation.
Sonny is ready to start his next life chapter. He is at the beginning of a great life and he has a lot of love to give his new family. Sonny has a BIG personality and is a gentle, loving boy. He would be a great companion to active folks who are accustomed to large, high energy breeds. He is an active boy who needs ongoing Obedience work and sufficient exercise to keep his yayas in check.
Sonny has a very genial nature. He is a sociable dog, and while he has had little background in obedience, he has grasped the basics and seems to enjoy the training exercises. He is food motivated, and responds well to positive reinforcement training techniques.
Sonny could easily join a multi-dog home, with proper introduction and supervision. He has good house manners, and is house trained and crate trained. Adopters should expect to troubleshoot the occasional accident that will inevitably occur during his transition to a new home. He is neutered and has received routine vaccinations and health screenings.
If you are interested Sonny please write to Angelsfrgod@aol.com or text/call Denise at 860-908-9738 for more info.
