Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello there! My name is Baby Doe. I'm a 10-year-old spayed female white patch Tabby. I have 4 white mittens and great tabby markings. I've been at Safe Place a while now but am still hoping for a home soon.
I can be a bit shy at first, but I warm up quickly and am an absolute sweetheart. I was named after a famous lady named Baby Doe Tabor. I'm an independent gal but love playing with the laser pointer and hanging out in a sunny window. I'm not a huge lap cat but once I know the lay of the land, I am near by for attention. I enjoy climbing up on cat trees or wherever I can find a place to go high too. I prefer to be the only cat. I'm ok with older children but I've not been around dogs.
My $50 adoption fee covers everything too! visit www.safeplacepets.org for more info and to complete an application.

Please check out our available pets and contact us to let us know which one(s) interest you. We'll arrange a site visit to your home and a meet-and-greet with your prospective pet once we have had a phone chat to determine if our rescue pet is a good fit for you and you for him/her. If you and the pet decide it's true love, we'll have you fill out an adoption contract and ask for an adoption donation (rather than a fee) of $100 per cat and $200 per dog. A certificate of adoption is mailed to you once the process is complete.
