Coco is a female, brindled French Bulldog. She is 8.5 years old. Coco is very loveable and all she wants is to curl up and sleep near you.
She does have extreme allergies which requires a very restrictive raw food diet, weekly bathing and ears cleaned. She loves her food but isn't a big fan of her baths and ear cleanings, although she does tolerate them well. She also needs her nails trimmed monthly.
She is crate trained. Loves to go in the car with you and is very excited to see and meet people. She tolerates dogs but doesn't care for them to be in her space, but has no issue being in theirs. She loves treats and makes a cute little jump when it is feeding or treat time. She is always happy to see you but will run if it is time to clean those ears and she hears the package wrapper=)
Best for kids over 12, no cats because of her allergies. With Coco's allergies and calm temperament, she would do best in a low energy house with someone who isn't away from home for a lot of hours daily.

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
