INDOOR ONLY HOMES PLEASE
Titan was rescued as a stray on November 1, 2023. At first we thought the bunny was a girl and we had chosen the name Tatiana. We later realized the bunny was a boy so we went with Titan!
Titan came to the rescue with severe malocclusion (misaligned front teeth/incisors). The only remedy was to have the incisors removed; this surgery was done on November 16, 2023. Three incisors were removed and the fourth one was already just a nub. Not to worry, he eats just fine! Rabbits can thrive with the remaining teeth in their mouth and do just fine!
Okay now, isn't he just the cutest little thing! He does tooth purr when you snuggle him close! He knows he was rescued and is so appreciative of someone understanding what he needs!
He is super easy to pick up, hold, cuddle and caress. He doesn't squirm to get out of your arms/lap. He eats up the love and attention. He is a calm, docile, friendly fellow. He even licks on occasion!
He would make an excellent pet for the first-time rabbit owner or homes with responsible children.
Titan should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. He can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.

Titan can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. Delivery is available up to 100 miles from Lake Elsinore.
PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
