Meet Paisley!
Paisley is a short-haired tuxedo who is approximately a year old. She has lots of sass and attitude in all the best ways. She’s similar to a sour candy at times and we love that about her. First she’s sour then she’s sweet. Even during her playful moments, she’s very gentle and well behaved. She will bap or swat without any claws or force when she’s feeling playful. She was initially aggressive (growled and stalked) to the cats in the room when she was first introduced and would need to be closely monitored to ensure there were no issues with other kitties in your home. She is quite cat selective and seems to prefer certain cats over other cats. She doesn’t do great with very dominant cats or overly submissive cats who allow her to bully them. She respects cats who stand up for themselves without being mean and will cuddle with them (see picture with Penny for proof). Per a friend of her previous owner, she has experience with dogs and kids (younger and older). In the shelter, she has shown potential issues with dogs. She will stalk a dog when they come in the room but it might be different when she’s in a home setting and can get used to a certain dog. She’s got lots of energy and needs an outlet to run this energy off. She’s used to being indoor/outdoor so she might want to be indoor/outdoor in an adopted home. She’s ready to find her new forever family and provide you with endless entertainment. Stop in today to meet her!
