My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Granite is a fabulous 5 yr old ACD who is VERY quiet and mild in the house. He is obedienced trained, housebroken and crate trained. He is WONDERFUL off leash. Granite has a strong herding instinct when it comes to bicycles, joggers and at times, even pedestrians. Therefore, we will only adopt him to a home that has a fenced in backyard and in a quiet, rural setting. Granite will not fare well in a busier, urban setting, He would be the perfect buddy for a single adult or quiet couple He does not have a high drive other than his herding instinct and would be a wonderful house companion for someone who works at home. Granite is good with most dogs, unless the other dog is a dominant male, of course. He does play a bit rough initially, but settles in quickly. Of course, he loves the lady dogs best! He is very sweet and kind and deserves a chance to have a family he can be with forever. Please, no children.
