Carter is a charming and affectionate dog with a heart full of love! Born in the rescue after his mom, Callie, was rescued off the streets of Memphis in early July, Carter has been raised in a nurturing environment alongside his siblings. He has a fantastic disposition and is known for being friendly and playful. His lively spirit and affectionate nature make him an absolute joy to be around!

**Training**
Carter is crate and house trained, making him a great addition to any household. He is familiar with basic commands and is eager to learn more. With continued positive reinforcement and training, he will become an even more well-mannered companion, ready to impress you with his skills!

**Playtime**
This playful pup loves to engage in activities with his siblings and mom! Whether it's chasing toys, romping around the yard, or snuggling up for cozy naps, Carter enjoys spending quality time with his doggy family. His playful antics are sure to bring smiles and laughter to your home!

Submit Application

• 21 years of age • Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

2.

Interview

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

3.

Home Check

We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.

Or we help arrange private (or volunteer) transport for your pet if adopter isn’t in our local area.

Additional adoption info

We are all volunteers, but we try to have all applications processed in 7 business days.. If you are approved, then we will send you an adoption contract and transport information. Payment must be made once contract is finalized.
We try to answer all inquiries. If you are interested in a pet the best way to meet that pet is FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Since we are all volunteers, applicants must be approved before a meet/greet.

Team Memphis Rescue & Support is an all volunteer 501C3 non-profit all-breed rescue group that helps abandoned, neglected and lost pets. We are intensely devoted to helping pets find their forever home.

Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides assistance to Team Memphis Rescue & Support approved rescues by transporting pets from shelters, boarding facilities, Veterinary clinics and foster homes. We help evaluate temperaments of pets and network to find foster homes. Animal Rescue is an ongoing battle. We are stronger when we stand together.


Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides medical care, including vaccinations, microchip and spay/neuter for all our adoptable pets. With years of experience, our goal is to find the perfect fit for each dog as well as the best pet for your family.
