Greetings, kind souls of the galaxy! I am Groot, and I come in search of my very own Guardians of the Galaxy. You see, I may not be a genetically modified raccoon or a green-skinned assassin, but I've got a heart as big as the cosmos and a spirit as adventurous as Star-Lord's mixtapes.
I'm a young, sprightly pup, full of energy and curiosity, with a striking appearance that'll make you do a double-take. My midnight black coat is a work of art, a galaxy of its own, and my shiny eyes are like twinkling stars on a clear night. AND DID YOU SEE MY UNDERBITE??? PURE ADORABLENESS :):)
I'm ready for thrilling adventures, but I promise not to push any buttons I'm not supposed to. Well, I'll try not to, anyway.
You might say I'm just a sapling, but I've got so much to offer. I'm enthusiastic and eager to explore the farthest reaches of this vast universe with my new companions. Whether we're guarding the galaxy, going on epic hikes through uncharted terrain, or simply watching the stars together, I'm all in.

Adoption counselor will email you to discuss the inquiry/application,and give more info about the pet, the foster and adoption process..

If you are approved to adopt, payments can be made on our website through PayPal, Debit Card or any major credit card.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..
If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted.
So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
