Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Ginger Barn 1 is an extremely sweet long-haired orange and white kitten. He is the best purr machine. He loves to be picked up and held, especially for belly rubs. If you rub his belly, he will stretch all out and roll around so you can get better tummy access for rubbing. He enjoys being picked up and held when he doesn’t already have his mind on something else. He also loves to play with small items like soft little balls that he can chase and pick up with his mouth and carry around.
He is extremely independent, sweet and playful. He is a little explorer once he is comfortable with his surroundings and loves to sniff and check out everything. He likes to be around people, but he's also great on his own. If left alone, he will amuse himself or curl up for a little nap on the softest surface he can find.
New surroundings are a little scarry to him and although he will sniff all around and explore new places, he may run away from people and try to hide. Once he is comfortable in his new surroundings, he will come right up to people to be picked up and the purring will commence. It will not take long to adjust as he advances in each phase of learning his new home.
He would do great with other cats as playmates, but he does not have to be in a home with other pets. He is not afraid to run right up to them and rub against them. he has been playing with a few of our younger adult cats and they run and play together. He is not aggressive when playing, he is more watchful and gentle. He is just as happy with a human playmate and snuggle buddy.
When he is playing with a toy that he is really enjoying, you may hear him give a little growl - he tends to do this while playing with his toys and is just talking to the toy letting them know he means business.
This cat is currently in a foster home, so if you would like to meet him/her please fill out an adoption application. They can be found at www.angelcathaven.com and can be filled out online or emailed to cats@angelcathaven.com.
