My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HISTORY: Theo is a 70lb German Shepherd mix with the biggest head, perfect for scratches and kisses! He has had a hard start to life out on the streets. Theo tore off his front left due claw and got the back-left removed due to it being loose. Nonetheless, Theo is one of the kindest dogs out there just aiming to please with a huge heart for his person/people.

FOSTER UPDATE: Theo does well with his canine foster sister. Theo has not yet been introduced to cats but would likely chase them as he gets easily excited. Theo has also not met any kids yet but would anticipate he'd do well (you can hug him, lean on him, take his toys/food and there is no growling); although older kids would be preferable due to Theo not yet knowing his own size.

Currently, Theo is working on basic skills such as sit, down, and walking on a loose leash. Theo is smart, he needs a forever home that will put time into training him to be a good dog and a companion that can go anywhere with you.

Theo would do best in a home with a fenced yard so he can run and play all day long! Preferably, Theo would go to a house with another dog as he does love to play but would do fine as an only dog as well.
