Freckles is classified as a “senior” cat but man oh man she does not look like one. She is sure the type to look great for her 15-year-old age. Freckles arrived at the shelter on 10/31/23 due her previous owner becoming homeless and unable to keep her and the other cats in the home. She was temporarily housed by a family member but was unable to stay long term. Unfortunately, the person who brought Freckles in did not know very much about her personality. During her stay with us we have gathered that Freckles does indeed need a quiet and calm home due to her fear of all the strangeness in a new environment. She is currently enjoying one of the quietest rooms in the shelter and has a lovely set up that gives her the comfort of hiding if she feels overwhelmed but also the freedom to come out if she is feeling confident. Her ideal home would have older children and easy-going feline friends around her age group. She will require a few weeks to settle into a new atmosphere. If you feel you are a perfect match for her, please give us a call at 410-827-7178 to set up a meet and greet.
