Meet Contessa (“Tessa” for short), our recent rescue from county’s dreaded e-list. Resembling a Border Terrier mix, we would describe Tessa as a cupcake of a dog – sweet and easy to handle. Although she only weighs 18 lbs., she looks a bit bigger due to her fluffy coat. She loves to follow you around the house, snuggle on the couch, and go for little walks around the neighborhood. Tessa is dog and cat friendly; and while she likes other animals, she prefers to hang out with her humans. This cutie has received a dental and a clean bill of health. Please note: True to the Border Terrier’s breed, Tessa is a clever girl and proven escape artist. Fortunately, Tessa isn’t pursuing crazy adventure, but rather seeks to be with her people. Even still, she will need a home that can provide a secure space for her to thrive.

** $150 Adoption fee includes: vaccinations, spay, dental cleaning, dewormed, and microchipped.
