It was a happy day for Carlo when he made it out of the Duplin County shelter on November 7! Whew! He's a sweet, gentle boy whose tail is constantly wagging.

And now he has even more reason to be happy because he is safe in a foster home in Wilmington, NC. But Carlo will be transported to the Hampton Roads area asap.

He brings a joyful presence wherever he goes and he will be grateful to be able to find his forever home. Carlo has so many good qualities: He is housebroken, well behaved in the home, crate trained (very quiet in crate) and is a HUGE cuddlebug! And he also likes to play with other dogs and was good with an eight-year-old boy that he met along the way. He was gentle and polite. Carlo will make an excellent family pet! He definitely wants to please his humans and manages to charm everyone he meets! His ideal home will have a fenced in yard where he can run and play. He is only one year old and 60 pounds, so just a big puppy!

Carlo is fully vaccinated and heartworm negative. He will be neutered and chipped as soon as possible.
