Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our boy Buddy Bewster! He is a handsome pure breed Labrador Retriever! His foster family describes him as gentle and well-mannered. He does have a mid-level energy; loves to go on walks, and enjoys running and playing for short periods the rest of the time would be filled with naps and lounging! He knows some basic cues like; come, sit, stay, and go potty. He is good when on car rides, plays well with other dogs, and loves to follow his humans in the house. He can roam free in the house watch the low-hanging blinds and no plants around the window or things could end up on the floor. He is housebroken and prefers not to be created. LOL He is all Labrador fun and loving, good with people even the mailman! Loves playing with other dogs his size even rough housing and would love another dog to live with. Definitely requires a large fenced-in yard and would LOVE a doggie door to go in and out of. He LOVES to give kisses, belly rubs, and hang out, but not so much being alone for any time. To adopt this awesome boy Buddy please go to our website to complete our online pre-adoption application https://www.southernskiesrescue.org/adoption-application Buddy has been fully medically vetted; neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. Buddy does suffer from some time of allergies. We are working on a process of elimination and started by changing his diet, and getting him on good immune-building vitamins and minerals at this point we are hopeful it's just seasonal since he is doing good and his coat looking better. He is currently taking Apoquel daily (we will send at least 30 days' worth) and will need the family who adopts him to continue working towards solving the problem.
