Nala is a sweet 2-year-old chihuahua mix. At only 4 lbs., she is a tiny girl with a big heart. Nala is a little nervous when you first meet her but that won’t stop her from crawling into your arms, her favorite place to be, and where she will warm up to you quickly. She is the very definition of a Velcro dog, you’ll never be alone in the house because she will make sure she’s always with you. Nala is housebroken and well behaved in the home and can be left alone without being crated. If she is crated while you are away from home she will bark continuously, being in the crate makes her very nervous. Nala is indifferent to the company of other dogs because she gives her undivided attention to her person. She would do well as a solo dog in the home or with other small dogs. Nala is child friendly but due to her small, delicate structure, an all-adult home is required for her. She also could be a trip hazard to senior citizens due to her small size and since she wants to always be near. She loves sleeping with her people in the human bed at night. A secure fenced yard would also be important as Nala loves the space for her occasional yard zoomies and prefers to potty off the leash in the yard, but she will walk on the leash and potty as well. She’s a great car rider too. Nala does have a tendency to try to escape in the beginning, so close supervision any time a door is opened is essential. She really is an overall perfect little girl. A loving, loyal, companion who wants nothing more than to be with her person.
