My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Birch!
Birch is a goofy, fun loving boy. He currently weighs about 50lbs. Birch is playful and loves to play outside or get his tummy rubbed. He would need a home with a yard or someone willing to take him for walks and play with him to help him get exercise and energy out. He has done well with most other dogs so far. He is not a fan of small children, they seem to make him anxious.
Birch is a recent graduate of our New Leash on Life training program. While there he learned the following:
Sit, Stay, Paw, Heel, Touch, Fetch, Down, Bow, jumping through a hoop, and harness/walking etiquette.

Estimated Birthdate: 2023

More about this rescue

Charlie's Angels Animal Rescue Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to saving the lives of adoptable dogs and cats who would otherwise die simply because their time is up at shelters in western NC. We accomplish this by placing them into loving, forever homes via a system of transport to reputable rescues and no-kill shelters throughout the United States, as well as local adoptions. Each one is cared for, loved and given everything it needs (food, exercise, socialization, basic training, vetting, vaccinations, heart worm testing and spay/neuter) to become the best possible companion animal it can be! We provide this through our foster families and our Safe Haven until such time they are chosen to go to other rescues, where adoption awaits them, or they are adopted by us into local homes.
