Meet Winkie!
Winkie was born with a congenital condition where his eye was smaller than normal. He has gotten that eye removed and he is now on the road to recovery.
Winkie is a sweet boy who just wants to be loved and give love. He walks well on a leash.
He seems to do better with female dogs than male dogs. It is unknown how he does cats and children.
