I'm a resilient and loving dog with a heart full of hope. My past has been tough, and I've never truly known the warmth of a loving home or the comfort of regular meals, so I might seem a bit food-focused. But I'm ready to leave that behind and embrace a new chapter filled with love and stability.

I'm potty trained and incredibly smart, picking up new skills quickly. I thrive on affection and already know basic obedience commands. My friends at APA have seen how good of a boy I am and believe in my potential to bring joy to a new family.

Step one:
Browse our available animals online. Our website has more details on every animal, including any known history with dogs, cats, and kids, as well as individual adoption fees. Visit https://www.austinpetsalive.org/adopt

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
