This perfect angel has quite the story… he was used as a bait dog, he was torn into a million pieces when he was found half starved to death, fractured, heartworm positive and riddled with parasites. You would think that living the first part of his life like this would make him hate everyone. Well think again. This dog absolutely loves humans, despite what they’ve done to him. He loves other dogs, despite what they’ve done to him. He loves cats, don’t think they ever did anything to him, but he is a gentle kind and trusting soul. I can’t say enough good things about this blessing of a dog. His future of doctors would need to continue his heartworm treatment process, which is covered financially by the rescue. Heartworm is a disease that is transmitted through mosquito bites, it is not contagious to other dogs and is curable through the treatment process. Contact us today to meet our lovely patches!
