My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

“Hi, my name is Cici! I’m a sweet, loving, cuddly, and very loyal Velcro Pup! I am an affectionate couch potato whose favorite pastime is being the little spoon. I strive to always be near my people and constantly show them how much I appreciate them. While I prefer to be with them, I am very well-behaved if I have to be left alone for short periods of time. I get really anxious in small, confined spaces so I continuously prove that I am a good doggie and can be trusted to be left alone without being crated. I am well-behaved and house trained! I am gentle-natured and sometimes a nervous Nelly, which is why I like the comfort and reassurance of being near my people.

While I love my foster mama very much, my favorite person is my foster boy, who is 10. I get the zoomies when I see him and I love when he plays with me. I love being the center of my people’s attention but also enjoy being around other dogs!
I also enjoy going outside to flop around on my back and catch some rays. I’ll occasionally get up to chase after a squirrel (something my Jack Russell friend taught me), but my foster mom says I’m a very good listener when she reminds me not to run off too far. Nothing is more important to me than being loved by my hoomans, so I aim to please!

I am VERY good on a leash and enjoy going on walks. I prefer my walks to be in the daytime however, because I am really scared of bright lights. Flashlights and headlights are not my friends!

I am a one-of-a-kind pup with a sweet and silly personality. What I want most in life is to be shown love and to show mine in return!”
