Concrete was originally hit by a car and brought into the emergency by a good Samaritan. Conc’s a very mellow guy where at night, he likes to ask for chin scratches and belly rubs, but otherwise, he sleeps and holds down the fort throughout the day. He takes a bit to warm up to spaces and people but his personality is coming through more by the day in his foster home!

He would do best in a mellow household to match his personality and provide him love and good chin scratches!
