My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Poppy is a professional biscuit maker and takes her job very seriously. Whether she's perched on your lap, nestled in her favourite blanket, or claiming her own little spot on the couch, she'll start working those paws like a seasoned baker preparing the fluffiest batch of imaginary dough.

Poppy is friendly and affectionate with visitors and likes to be included in all family activities.
She is extremely food motivated and is very vocal around her meal times. The only thing in life she likes more than food is being brushed for hours on end. When it's playtime, don't expect Poppy to go all acrobatic or sprint around like a maniac. Nope, she's more of a "let's play while lying down" kind of kitty. Poppy is the purrfect companion, bringing so much love, joy, and happiness to her forever home!

More about this rescue

VOKRA’s mission is to end cat overpopulation and homelessness. We rescue, heal, then place cats - first in our network of foster homes, then in carefully matched, loving, forever homes. We are a passionate, volunteer-driven charity with extensive cat care experience. We believe that no kill is the only responsible approach to rescue, that Trap-Neuter-Return works and that cats are AWESOME!
