Hi, I’m Marilyn. I’m about 5 months old and a shorter haired Turkish Van kitty. That’s a cat with a colored tail and head with a white body with maybe a spot of color on the body. Well, my color is a black/grey tabby face with an all-black tail and a heart shaped spot on my backside – check out my picture 😊 Turkish Vans are fairly rare in the U.S.A. I’m not just a beautiful girl, I’m a sweet, sweet girl too.
I was found after I was dumped in a city park. Being dumped was a bummer!! Being found was great. I’m now in a great foster home where I’m playing with the kitties and humans. My foster mom says I’m very loving and I like attention and petting. Besides playing and running up and down the cat trees, my favorite thing to do is watch the birds outside. I have a very quiet meow and overall, I’m a quiet and polite girl. I bet I can be quietly sitting on your lap and loving that too.
I’m all ready to go to my forever home. I’ve been spayed, had my FVRCP vaccines, dewormed, been given flea & tick treatment and ear mite treatment (just in case) AND I’ve been chipped. Whew! So, I’m all set to go. Because I’m young and like other cats so much I’d like to be adopted into a home with other friendly cats. I’m sure we’ll get along and be friends. If you don’t have another cat already, I have several foster mates looking for a new home too. I could love one person or a whole family of people - I'm not picky. Just be aware that I might be a tiny bit shy at first until I know you. I don’t think it will take me long though because I love people. I get along with dogs too and I like kids. So, if you’d like to have a sweet, gorgeous, and loving addition to your family, I’m your girl. I’ll be waiting to hear from you!
