My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there I'm Alexander. I have a special story so pull up a seat and let me tell you how I ended up there. It started about 7 months ago I was taken from a home that was used for things unheard of. I was brought in weighing 13 lbs. when I should of weighed 30. They did some tests on me and I was very underweight and needed some extra special TLC. So an amazing foster took me in and followed the instructions to the T. I ended up going to the ER to find out I ate pebbles and it hurt my tummy. I got over that and did everything I was suppose to and started gaining weight. As time passed they noticed my walking was different and I had to start wearing braces to help my front legs so I could walk normal. I needed room to roam and be an amazing dog. I was fostered out and then adopted to a volunteer who works at the shelter. He had two big dogs for me to play with but after a while I became to much for my new sister to handle so I had to come back and now I do not get along with others and I protect my food. I am not sure when or if I will get anymore so I want it all. I love people and show my love with kisses and jumps. I am just waiting to find the person who can accept me with all my back story. Can you be that person or family for me?
