My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruby is 3 yrs old and weighs 36 lbs. She was an unclaimed stray found roaming with Timmy, a small stray beagle male. Although it is obvious that Ruby was not taken care of by whoever owned her prior to dumping her on the streets, she is a lovable, exceptionally sweet dog, who loves people, men and woman and we believe she would do very well with kids of any age. She gets along well with other dogs and does not mind cats. Ruby had a few litters of puppies for sure.
She is a typical good nature beagle girl, fun loving, sociable, a big fan of belly rubs and of going for walks. She is calm, quiet, only barks (like a normal dog should) when someone knocks on the door.
She is crate trained and she likes her crate and will go in it on her own to rest.
Ruby is smart: she is very quickly catching on to doing her business outside. She is gentle, always takes a treat gently. Ruby is a true jewel: She doesn’t jump up during greetings, she is friendly and submissive with other dogs, not playful but enjoys their company and is good with cats too! She is excellent! A total angel, a dream pet!
Beagles make wonderful family pets and Ruby is no exception!
