Meet Huckleberry "Huck"
Meet your Huckleberry making a rebound from 18 pounds of skin and bones when he entered the rescue to a now 30-40 pound, 1.5-2 year old, Staffordshire mix. "Huck" is a described as a "velcro dog" who loves to be near and please his people. He has done well with other dogs, does chase cats, and does well with older children (little ones he tends to accidentally knock over not knowing he is 30 pounds now).
Huck knows tricks, is potty trained, crate trained, and walks well on leash. Huck is super puppy-like and loves playing and has loads of energy. His overall demeanor is described as "This boy is so sweet and very trainable. He needs his forever people that can work with him while he is so eager to learn and please. He would be best having another dog to be BFF'S with and grow alongside." If you think Huck would be the best of friends, follow the link below to find the needed ADOPTION APPLICATION.
**PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must live within an hour radius of Toledo, Ohio.
*Huckleberry is neutered, microchipped, current on shots, and on monthly preventatives for heartworm/fleas.
*His adoption fee is $100.00
