My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mitty is a pretty, sweet, playful, brown spotted tabby adult girl born around 8/14/23.

She came into the rescue with her sister Tiger Lily and brothers Mr. Fluffers and Skid as part of Mama Fancy's litter of four kittens.

Her brothers have been adopted so she is hanging out with Tiger Lily at the cat adoption room at the West Dundee Petco. Come and meet her!

We can tell her apart from Tiger Lily because of her four white mittens.

Both girls are super-high energy with each other and the other adoptable cats, and of course the volunteers and visitors. They are on the go all the time and when they do slow down, they enjoy snuggling time and pets. They are so much fun.

We would love it if Mitty and Tiger Lily were adopted together, but we will separate them as long as they each go to a home with a resident cat or cats of equal energy. They love playing with each other and the other cats and would easily integrate into any home.

If you are interested in adopting Mitty and or Tiger Lily, please fill out our online adoption application at www.aheartforanimals.org under Adopt.

The adoption fee for adults 1-7 years old is $200 and includes rabies and FVRCP vaccinations, FIV/FeLV combo test, deworming, flea/tick preventative, microchip, and spay/neuter.

The adoption fee for 2 adults adopted together at the same time is $350.
