My basic info
Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cinder and Spark, both female, were rescued from a fire pit in Rock Hill, SC, on October 8, 2023. They were a little over a week old, so we will call their birthday September 30.
The fire was already burning when a teen in the family heard the kittens crying. He pulled them from the fire and looked for more, but did not find any. Both kittens had superficial burns and singed fur but no serious injuries. A few days later, the homeowners were able to trap the feral mom cat, Scorch, and she has been reunited with her kittens through weaning. [Scorch is progressing well and has been adopted! She will leave for her home after the kittens are weaned.]
Cinder and Spark are both solid black. They are bold, feisty, playful, and love human contact, especially climbing in laps. They will be weaned and old enough to go to their adopting home the weekend after Thanksgiving.
Cinder and Spark have literally been through the fire together and are very bonded. We will only consider adoption applications for them as a pair. Their adoption fee covers spaying, FIV/FeLV testing, and their initial vaccinations, including rabies.
If you have any questions or are interested in adopting Cinder and Spark, please fill out an adoption application (found on our website - cherylsferalsandfosters.com). You can also email me at cherylsferalsandfosters@gmail.com to arrange a visit with the kittens.
