A Tale of Brotherly Love - Kim and Jack's Adoption Journey
Three years ago in late autumn, a clever dog mom gave birth to three adorable puppies on the side of a street near a market in Beijing. These little ones were none other than Kim, Jack, and Alice. This mother dog was full of wisdom; whenever someone passed by, she'd chase after them, wagging her tail desperately, silently begging for help in the hope that someone would shelter her and her pups. When we heard about this story, without hesitation, we rushed to their rescue. All three of these little dogs displayed remarkable obedience and charm. We carefully loaded them into a car and transported them to a safe sanctuary. There, we gave them new names: the mother dog became Abby, and the two boys were named Jack and Kim, while the girl was called Alice.
We initially believed that once they had received their vaccinations and spaying/neutering, they would be able to fly to the United States in search of their forever homes and happiness. However, the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic changed everything. Their waiting period extended, and they've been waiting patiently for four long years. During this time, they moved back and forth between the small sanctuary, interim homes, and foster families, never truly experiencing a stable life.
Mom Abby and little sister Alice were adopted into loving families, but Kim and Jack continued to wait for the day when they would be flown to the United States. Finally, that day arrived. Lovely Kim and Jack are about to leave behind the tumultuous life they've known and embrace their own happiness.
Let's get to know Kim and Jack a bit more:
Kim has a beautiful coat of golden-brown fur, exuding charm and handsomeness. His personality is a bit reserved at first, but he quickly warms up to people. Kim is a lively, energetic little fellow who is exceptionally affectionate. He loves being around people, spreading joy and vitality wherever he goes.
Jack, on the other hand, is a gentle soul in comparison to his brother Kim. He's quiet, easygoing, and wonderfully honest. Jack understands the art of patience and is incredibly affectionate. His gentleness and loyalty will undoubtedly be treasured assets in his new family.
Kim and Jack are truly special pups who've endured their fair share of challenges. Their resilience and kindness make them deserving of a happy future. Let's join together in wishing them well and hoping that their new families provide them with warmth, love, and happiness, accompanying them through the wonderful moments life has in store. These brothers will continue to share their deep bond, authoring a new chapter of happiness in their lives.
