Phoenix's journey hasn't been easy-he endured severe abuse and torture, including being dragged by his neck behind a moving vehicle. But despite his tough start, he's bounced back with the spirit of a champion and a personality that's as bright as the sun.

• Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

Home Check
We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.
