If you can believe it, this tiny girl was picked up as a stray! Libby has an outgoing and bubbly personality. Every person that she meets is her new best friend. In addition to adoring human attention, Libby also loves squeaky toys! Libby would be great in a home with kids and would be open to meeting other dogs, especially ones who will tolerate her bold personality. We can cat test her upon request.
