Hi, I'm Benedict -Benny! -- -- Here is some information about me: -- -- I like to take treats from your hand. -- I need regular grooming. -- I'm a great bunny for experienced bunny owners. -- -- I don't like: -- to be groomed, to be held, to be picked up, -- -- I am: -- active, curious, pushy, silly, spicy, territorial, -- -- I like: -- to decorate, to dig, to explore, to play, -- I AM A SPECIAL NEEDS RABBIT -- -- -- -- I'm also a little guy with a big attitude. -- -- -- -- They say cats have nine lives, I know I have at least two. A previous owner left me outside lucky for me, a fellow RARR volunteer noticed me lying on the sidewalk, in the cold rain. This was the start of my 2nd life. No one was certain if I would survive, but I did. Unfortunately, not without side effects of all I endured. I was bitten, had 4 nasty bot flies, I was skin and bones, cold, wet and unable to use my back legs. It is believed I have nerve damage caused by whatever bit me. This causes one of my back legs to be lazy and it also lets the poops fall out. I use my litterbox 100% to pee in, but my poops are about 50/50. -- -- -- -- I am a very handsome rabbit and I know it. One of my favorite activities is throwing things. All adoptions are subject to approval and acceptance of terms. Not all persons will be approved. Upon approval a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for adoption commitments before a rabbit will be held. You will need to have the housing area all set up and ready for the rabbit to move in.
