Skittles!

Skittles came to us as a trapped barn cat from a local buffalo ranch. She seemed to be a good candidate for socializing into a house cat, so we kept her instead of sending her back to the ranch after she was spayed.

She has slowly come around to being ok with people. She allows petting if it's quiet and calm. She does very well with all the other cats. When it gets loud and a lot of commotion in the shelter her reaction is to run and hide rather than swat and scratch.

Skittles is another example of why you should take the time to meet the shy ones. They are so wonderful and deserving of a great home. This cat is worth the time and investment of time, patience, and lots of love. We believe once you earn her trust you will find your very best friend in sweet Skittles.
