Meet Hemi! /(^.^)\ Hi everyone, my name is Hemi! I am a Lab/Staffordshire Terrier Mix. I have beautiful short brown fur and I am roughly 5 years old. I currently weigh in at a healthy 50 pounds and I am fully grown. I am a lovebug, comedian, and best friend all wrapped into one big bundle of love. Since I am past the puppy stage, I am very well behaved and the HSFC staff tell me I am a joy to have around. I keep my kennel clean and have great manners. I also walk very well on a leash. I love being with people and they love being with me too! Once I am done playing, my favorite place is to be right by your side. I am a super cuddler and will even let you pick me up, so I can squeeze into your lap. I would be perfect for your low-key movie nights. I like playing with other dogs similar to my size, so if you have another dog, I would love to meet them! My ideal home would be with an active and loving family, and preferably with someone who works from home, as I have separation anxiety, and I like lots of attention. I would need a backyard that is very securely fenced (I have found my way out before when left alone - I can chew chain link and so I had a run-in with a vehicle).
