Cookie is as sweet as the delicious baked goods he is named after. This handsome, young Tuxedo cat is sure to win your heart with his wonderful personality and gorgeous, fluffy black and white coat. He is a total sweetheart with a soft voice who purrs oh so softly when he gets attention. Cookie is not a big cuddler but he does have his moments where he feels like it - especially when his foster mom is on the computer!
Cookie is still young and is moderately active. He can get quite excited and playful which his foster mom describes as very sweet. This handsome kitty is a good catcher and is very quick during playtime.
Cookie has been good with the dogs he has encountered so far and currently shares his foster home with some doggie siblings. Being the true king he is, he cautiously rules his home or should we say kingdom. Cookie even tries to play with one of the dogs in his foster home that does not really care about him. He would do well sharing his forever home with calmer and less energetic pups that will respect him. He has shown prey drive, typical of a cat, since he gets excited by and focused on his foster mom’s bird. He has not been tested with other cats or children. Due to his excitement and playfulness, Cookie would likely do best in a home without young children as he can give his foster mom some soft love bites when he’s in a playful mood.
Cookie has been neutered, vaccinated (rabies, FVRCP, FeLV) and microchipped. We will NOT entertain adopters that would consider declawing or allowing Cookie to be an outdoor cat.
