Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ferguson AKA Fergi - the space heater/cuddle bug you've always needed!
Fergi is a space invader and loves to love (AKA cuddle up next to you). He is relatively sensitive and really strives/wants his trainer to be "happy with him. He is VERY ATHLETIC, super fast, agile, strong, and can jump insanely high without a running start. After a strong foundation is created with his owner I think he will love things like running, trail running, biking maybe even agility work. He loves playing chase with Pup. He also equally enjoys laying on his cot next to me while I work inside or outside & just chillin. He is crate trained and house broken. He doesn't seem to bark in his crate during the day nor does he "fight getting in his crate. He can "spook if we are out and something catches him off guard, but he will look to me for guidance. For example there was a garbage bag on the curb that was blowing in the wind but once I allowed him to use his nose and reassured him that it was all good we were able to walk past it in the future with no issues. He has resource guarding his food that we are actively working on and his future family will have to commit to continuing this work. We have not had any issues since we developed good leadership and impulse control. He will try to counter surf and drink out of the toilet. He also LOVES back scratches
Ferguson is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.

Adopting from The Love Pit means gaining a family member. It means gaining a network of pit bull advocates, ready to support you and provide you with all of the resources we can. Most importantly, adopting from The Love Pit saves lives. When you adopt, you're saving the life of your own dog, opening space in their foster home for another shelter dog in need, and creating space in the shelter kennel for a dog whose life would have otherwise been on the line. Your thanks for all the good you've done? Lots of love and pit bull kisses to enjoy for years to come.
