~Personality: sassy, mellow
~Good with Kids: No
~Good with Other Cats: Yes
~Good with Dogs: unknown
Rocky is a very chill, and independent cat. He came from a rough background and is looking for a good home, with a nice window he can bird watch. Rocky is loving, and will sit on the couch with you to enjoy a show or watch the Steelers play. He likes head scratches and pets at the base of his tail. But he will let you know when he is done, and that should be respected. Rocky is an old man cat, he doesn't have the energy for a high maintenance cat, or dog. He just wants to enjoy peace.
Rocky was rescued in Canonsburg PA. He was found with frayed ears, and definitely had a hard go. He is a survivor of FIP (Learn more here: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-infectious-peritonitis), and is FIV positive (Learn more here: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv). His dental struggles have left him toothless, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying dry food. He actually prefers it and will turn up his nose at wet food. This old man cat has come far and is ready for his forever couch.
