My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JASMINE is a 1.5 year old American guinea pig! Jasmine is a little shy when it comes to living with new people, so it'll take some time before she warms up to you. Though once she warms up Jasmine loves coming up to the front of the cage to greet you and ask for treats. Jasmine doesn't mind being handled, however she does especially enjoy being held in blankets or cuddle sacks. As well as having access to her favorite snacks which are lettuce, spinach, and occasionally carrots. Jasmine would fit better with a bolder guinea pig to give her more space to be herself, however she does get along well with both male and female guinea pigs. Jasmine also doesn't mind having other animals in the home, and is able to live with multiple guinea pigs.

More about this rescue

SOS FL Animal Rescue is a non-profit rescue for rabbits and guinea pigs. We are animal lovers who are experienced rabbit and guinea pig owners. We both fostered small animals with other rescues for years before meeting each other and deciding to start our own rescue so that more rabbits and guinea pigs could be saved. We take in all rabbits and guinea pigs, including unwanted animals, seniors, and medical cases.
