My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ever have a soulmate? That's Pecan and Walnut.

This inseparable pair of BFFs are litter trained and love to explore. Thye're very curious and want to investigate whatever it is that their human friends are up to... especially if it involves the kitchen! These two play hard and the snooze hard--they love to nap in their hideout as well as zoom around the room performing binkies.

Walnut loves to be pet all over and will boop with his snoot to let you know he's ready for attention. Pecan prefers his space--being pet isn't his favorite thing--but he loves to jump on you if you're laying on the ground. The second that these two hear the treat bag, or lettuce being chopped, they are sure to be running circles around your feet and bumping you with their noses. Pecan and Walnut would like you to know that if a piece of lettuce or two just "happens" to fall on the floor--don't worry, they've will make sure your kitchen floor remains spotless!

More about this rescue

SOS FL Animal Rescue is a non-profit rescue for rabbits and guinea pigs. We are animal lovers who are experienced rabbit and guinea pig owners. We both fostered small animals with other rescues for years before meeting each other and deciding to start our own rescue so that more rabbits and guinea pigs could be saved. We take in all rabbits and guinea pigs, including unwanted animals, seniors, and medical cases.
