Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Check out what Sailor's latest foster had to say about this handsome guy: "Sailor is the sweetest muffin -- we couldn't get enough of him! He is kind, respectful, enthusiastic about meeting new friends, and perfectly behaved in the house (he doesn't whine or bark, he doesn't get on furniture, he goes into his crate easily -- he was a DREAM in the house). He LOVES walks and snuggles and routines, and specializes in walking in adorable zig-zags because he's curious about everything around him. He is deeply loving and bonds quickly. As soon as we got him home, we felt like we had known him a long time. He will be very excited at the SPCA -- don't let that fool you. He's very calm at home and would be such an incredible, loving, playful companion for a lucky person/family."

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
