Meet Scout - a lovely lady looking for a new home. Scout has nice manners, knows many commands, and loves to work for cookies. Scout could stand to trim down and she is very driven by her tummy, so her new owners will have to watch her diet to make sure she is not getting too many treats. Scout would love to be adopted with Gerome, but understands if they have to be separated. Scout is spry, eager to do anything, and very affectionate. She would love to go home and be a part of a family again and find herself a new walking partner, Is that you?

Want to Foster this great dog and give them a place to stay until they can find their forever home?

Foster Families are very important to WAS for many reasons:
* Sometimes we are 100% full and need help to open up space for the new dogs coming in.
*Some dogs are just not ready to be adopted. They may have some medical issues, behavioral problems or they may just need a break from Animal Services
*Foster families can spread the word and help get their pooch adopted sooner ! You can tell coworkers, friends and acquaintances, you can take them with you to sporting events, meet people on walks and more more place that they will get noticed.
*Foster families provide us with valuable information that we can pass on to the new adopters. We get terrific feedback ,which helps to find the right family for these guys and gals.
