Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Dama is an adorable paraplegic husky pup who is ready to find her forever home!
Dama was our very first paraplegic SAYv.
This gorgeous girl was rescued by an amazing family from Mexico. They saw this cute baby husky in a wooded area and couldn't leave her there to fend for herself. They got her vaccinated and ready to come to the U.S.
Once here, the family searched around for a rescue to take her in... time was running out. When we saw her being shared, we were immediately drawn to Dama's story.
Thankfully we had an amazing foster that agreed to step up to the challenge which allowed us to say YES.
Dama has been getting the royal treatment in her current foster home. She loves her swim lessons and therapy sessions - they keep her limber and mobile.
Dama came rolling into rescue like she was on fire. She is a gorgeous husky puppy girl who loves all people and animals. She is always down for a good play time and loves to tell you about her day. Dama would do best in a house with another playful dog.
Even though she is in go mode a lot, she does love a good bone and chill time. Don't let her cart worry you, because she doesn't let it hold her back. She just needs her bladder expressed a few times a day to make sure it's empty. Then she's good to go!
We know that having a paraplegic dog isn't the easiest thing in the world, but we promise, we will explain EVERYTHING and give you the support you need to allow this girl to fit into your family perfectly <3

We do not have a brick-and-mortar location, all animals are in foster homes so meeting them isn’t possible. We can make video calls between our fosters and potential adopters before signing the adoption agreement.

More about this rescue
WE SAYv ANIMALS.
SAYv Animal Organization is a startup animal welfare organization focused on gettings things done.
We have 2 permanent programs running right now, with the objective to increase our manpower and reach to create new programs including farm animals.
Solutions: We help other nonprofit organizations create and execute life-saving solutions and provide support for critical operational initiatives.
Rescue: We have officially started our rescue efforts!!
Unfortunately, since we are a start-up organization with limited funds we have to focus on perceived "easier" cases whenever we can, JUST UNTIL we get a solid financial base and network. We fully intend to help open-admission shelters save ALL at-risk animals, including the hard cases.
