Meet Barbie – The Playful, Chatty, and Affectionate Tabby
Barbie has blossomed into a confident and affectionate young tabby girl! Once a bit shy, she has truly come out of her shell and now greets us with a happy stretch and a flick of her expressive tail—sometimes even wrapping it around us when she’s feeling extra loving. She adores neck scratches, headbutts us for attention, and keeps up a lively conversation with her adorable chirps.
Her playful energy hasn’t faded one bit! She gets the zoomies—especially after meals—and loves romping around with her best buddy, Milo. When they’re not busy playing, you’ll often find them gazing out the window together, watching the world go by.
Barbie would thrive in a home with a feline friend, where she can continue to build her confidence and share her love. Could she be the perfect addition to your family?

We ask an adoption fee of $175 Which includes a general health exam, spay /neuter surgery, and microchip ID implant, Felv/FIV testing, age-appropriate vaccinations including rabies.

More about this rescue

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
