Meet the lovely Lizzie, who joined our rescue a few years ago. Once the proud mama of several kittens, she now enjoys a well-deserved, relaxed life. While Lizzie may not be a lap cat, she appreciates human company and loves head scratches and treats. With a bit of one-on-one time, she will become a truly affectionate and loyal companion. Lizzie gets along well with calm cats and continues to thrive in her foster home, growing more confident and social every day. She's a gentle soul who will keep blossoming in a loving forever home. She's ready to find her forever home and has been waiting for her 'purrson' to finally come along. Could you be her purrson?

We ask an adoption fee of $175 Which includes a general health exam, spay /neuter surgery, and microchip ID implant, Felv/FIV testing, age-appropriate vaccinations including rabies.

More about this rescue

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
