We are perplexed about her breed, To say she is a Terrier is too vague. Her white with black dot coat hints Shihtzu.We will let you decide. All we really know is that she is a sweet soul who has a lot of love to give.
ABOUT DOTTIE:She is a little girl 6.5 lbs and about 3 years old. Her previous owner moved away and left her and her two friends behind. Dottie was badly matted. Our groomer carefully removed the mats, and she is healing well from the painful matting near her eyes. We had her shots updated, microchipped, had her teeth cleaned and spayed. Her foster mom says she is well on her way to being housetrained.
PERSONALITY: DOTTIE loves everyone, once they pass her acceptance exam. We don't think she got any obedience training, so we highly recommend puppy school because her favorite thing to do is jump up on your legs to greet you.
Dottie will bark at newcomers, until properly introduced. She likes cats and other dogs, but only gentle playful ones. We are looking for a quiet home with a comparable size and playful doggie companion.
DOTTIE's adoption fee is $300
RORESCUE NOTES: We are looking for an adopter who will take Dottie to Puppy training classes and bond with this sweet girl.
RoRescue adopts their dogs as INDOOR pets, with sufficient supervised outdoor exercise time.
RoRescue requires a secure yard and safe environment for this dog.
We do NOT adopt to out-of area or out of state locations.
ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, microchipped and UTD on shots. Full blood panel/Valley Fever/Tick Fever/Heartworm testing is NOT customarily done, unless veterinary suggested
