It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.

The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old.

SASHA and her 2 siblings (LOLA & OLIVER) were rescued from Los Angeles, California on Alameda and 101 in a trucking company parking lot. Rescue mama was called that a lady was trapping all the cats to get them fixed and needed help with the kittens. So our trapper went out and brough us the kittens so they would not have to die in that truck parking lot.

Meet SASHA, a kitten that will capture your heart with her unique personality. She's a bundle of curiosity, always ready to explore new corners and play with anything that moves. Her sweetness is irresistible, her friendliness infectious. SASHA has a streak of independence, making her a low-maintenance companion.

Yet, her goofy antics will keep you laughing, while her smart mind will keep you on your toes. SASHA is a bit shy, but once she warms up to you, her loyalty is unwavering. Her playful nature promises endless fun and her shy demeanor makes her a perfect fit for a quiet, loving home. Adopt SASHA, and let her add a dash of joy, laughter, and love to your life.

SASHA is DOMESTIC LONG HAIR / MAINECOON MIX. She is about 11 months old and is good with cats. She has not been around young children or dogs. She has been around guinea pigs.

SASHA is currently at a foster home in Menifee, California.

ADOPTION PROCESS:

2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

*********MAY CONSIDER OUT-OF-STATE ADOPTIONS NEAR CALIFORNIA, BUT BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT SHIP. ADOPTER WILL NEED TO PICK UP**********

MAY 2024: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.

Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.

The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations are always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.

Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.

We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
