Meet Henderson, a nearly 4-year-old Shepherd mix whose courage has rescued him from a dire fate in a high-kill shelter in Georgia. Big Dog Ranch Rescue saw his unyielding spirit and stepped in just in time. Henderson thrives as the only pet; he's choosy about his canine friends and, although he once lived peacefully with cats, it's best he isn't homed with them currently. He walks elegantly on a leash and adores water, reveling in each splashy adventure. Henderson seeks a forever home where he can be the center of attention and avoid regular run-ins with other local dogs. An expansive yard for frolicking would be perfect. Are you the one to give this extraordinary and strikingly good-looking dog the dedicated love, care, and friendship he needs? If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
