Lucy is just over a year old. The original owner purchased her as a puppy and she was kept in a cage until the owner dropped her off with us, unexpectedly.
We were not given her shot records, but we were told she had her shots. She has a tattoo from being spayed. She is NOT agressive, but she does like to jump up. She is hyper and loves to play, and she LOVES people and other dogs. I have trained her to sit and shake after having her for 2 1/2 months.
We do not have enough time to spend with her, as we both work.
If she is left alone for too long or chained up, she will chew things up. We remediated that by giving her small branches or toys to chew.
She LOVES people and, after having her for several months, she seems to be protective of our family and our neighbors. She will bark at coyotes. She loves being off the leash to run (and catch frisbees)
Lucy is a loving dog and deserves a loving owner. We are willing to work with a new owner to find her the right forever home.
